  1. Tokenomics & Governance

Governance Model

OpenFund is committed to decentralized decision-making through a structured governance system.

Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO)

  • $OF token holders participate in governance through the OpenFund DAO, influencing key decisions like:

    • Fund eligibility and listing criteria.

    • Fee structure adjustments.

    • Smart contract upgrades and ecosystem improvements.

Proposal & Voting System

  • Any $OF holder can submit a proposal, which enters a voting period.

  • The community votes on proposals using a weighted system based on staked $OF tokens.

  • Approved proposals are executed via on-chain governance mechanisms.
